Returns & Refunds

Unopened Products

  • Full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be in original packaging, unused, and sealed
  • Proof of purchase required

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery
  • Report damage within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Photo evidence required
  • We cover return shipping costs

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened or used products (hygiene and safety standards)
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Return

  1. Contact us:

  2. Provide:

    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged)

  3. We'll send you:

    • Return authorization within 24-48 hours
    • Returns label (for faulty items)

  4. Refund processed:

    • Within 14 days of receiving your return
    • Issued to original payment method

Lost/Stolen Packages:

  • Contact courier directly

Important Information

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns
  • We cover return shipping for faulty items

Exchanges:

  • Available within 14 days for unopened products
  • Exchange for equal or different value
  • Customer covers shipping for non-faulty exchanges

Store Credit:

  • Valid for 12 months
  • Can be used on any product or service
  • Non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash

Your Rights

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to:

  • 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases
  • Goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality
  • Full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty products
